I started a "New Scan" and configured it to make sure that it would scan all ports and ports with low bandwidth connection. I simply named it, "TryHackMe"
After saving and launching the scanner, I was able to see the first "vulnerability" pop up, Nessus SYN Scanner with an "INFO" tag next to it. Nessus SYN Scanner gave me access to see the details of the open ports on the host machine I was scanning.
The full scan took a long time because of the minimal processing power I have allocated to my Kali Linux virtual machine.
Finally, after several minutes, Nessus was able to log the Apache HTTP Server Version I needed which was shown by the output section, "Version: 2.4.99".
I renamed the scan to "TryHackMe (Basic Network Scan)".
